Why Cahoon could be fired...

... sure he seems to be doing great, but when an OC is fired/changed (if Doman is either/or) then don't they let the new OC bring in his own picks? I'd imagine some of those that are highly thought of (Dupaix, Cahoon) would be given preferential treatment, but doesn't that decision go to the new OC? (usually)
