Its always possible, but coaches like him are hard to find
I think almost anyone coming into the job would be able to tell how effective he is.
That being said, if the new OC's right hand man is a WR coach you could see someone bringing him in. I would hope in that case that the new guy could become an inside receivers coach like Anae was. A new OC would most likely be a inside receiver, QB or wide receiver coach. The OC must always also be a position coach unless someone doubles up or the HC is also the OC.
