Yet I maintain the idea that much of Doman's poor performance during 2012 could be blamed on him having too much on his plate: being a relatively new FBS coordinator with five kids under 12 who ALSO is burdened with 36-year-old bishop responsibilities.
Since he won't (and shouldn't) ask to be released from his responsibilities as a young father and a young bishop, he would benefit from having his coaching responsibilities pruned to a more manageable size (such as being only the QB coach and assistant HC).
