that was one of my questions about the program what percentage of the players actualy show up to off-season workouts. It sounds like almost all. That's a positive sign and it speaks well of Bronco if he motivates all his guys to do conditioning.
On the intensity of workout issue, Patrick Shane's (women's x-country coach) philosophy is that the day following the hard workout of rest is nearly as important as the workout itself. I can see why coaches can get overzealous with doing something hard every day, but it leads to injuries and regression.
BTW-I am not discputing that players work hard in January workouts.
