The source is the office of post secondary education

The info I got was from the direct source, went online in December 2012, and has a timeframe

This FindtheData website is like Wikipedia, and the program info is not dated though tuition is dated on that page to the 09-10 the same year Utah got their BCS payout. So Utah probably mad more than BYU in the 08 season.
