POTD for effort and format...I want to get there, but work/kids ages/inexperienc
...inexperience has made me hesitant. My camping/hiking expert sister and BIL just visited before a substantial backpacking trip and had to prep nearly all day before they left and it looked exhausting. I do want to try, though, as 2 of my kids are really into the outdoors. My other 2...eh, not so much.

To me this isn't camping. Camping is hiking 4 miles to get to your campsite. That's just what I grew up with though
