Decommiting is completely within the rules and culture of college sports. The school isn't willing to commit to the
kid for more than a season and the kid can back out without consequence until he signs.
To clarify.. these BYU commits are leaving before signing their letters of intent. Completely acceptable behavior.
4-9 sucks for a lot more reasons than 9 losses.
