Do you feel that universities are seeing GPAs are more of a "grit" factor?
I love Angela Duckworth's book Grit and my anecdotal experience is that "grit" means more to a person's success than traditional academic measures of success.

Serious question, but do you think universities are seeing this as well? Standardized testing shows you can study and perform on a known test, while GPA seems to indicate you can work and work hard over a 4 year period?

I'm just spit balling here, certainly this isn't a zero-sum decision. Standardized tests DO mean something and GPA is 100% the deciding factor.

Curious about your thoughts and experience.
