They work with teenagers with similar problems as you describe and it’s a outdoor survival type program. They take kids out and away from everything and teach them survival skills as well as help teens in trouble like your son hopefully understand why they are doing this so they can stop doing this. It’s not cheap but I had a close friend send their son to this and they were giving scholarships and other low interest loans through sponsors of the program. It doesn’t always work with kids who have addiction as you never just lose an addiction, but if he needs a wake up call before he does something that gets him arrested it’s a program that may be able to help him
