So get with a lawyer and look at options.
He definitely needs to meet with bishop. As Aaronic Priesthood holder he needs to take care of this with his bishop. Parents should not brush this part under the rug. Hopefully a strong outside influence like the bishop can help the young man understand how important it is to turn away from these actions.
