I think your 95% number is far too high.
You have plenty of former college athletes, wrestlers, and big guys on CB. Plus, the height difference in addition to the weight difference is a big deal.
In high school I wrestled a girl and teched her (mercy rule) in two minutes. Four years later she was a world bronze medalist in women’s wrestling. And I was an average high school wrestler. And at that time we were the same weight.

She won the World medal three or four years after we wrestled. She wasn’t a professional then either.
