Well, we are the biggest employer in IF besides the school district....so.
Maybe BYU-Idaho is barking up the wrong tree.
I will say this much, I just moved from a ward where a lot of the men worked sort of dead end or low paying jobs. They were all BYU-Idaho graduates. Maybe it is because they didn't wear the dress code the day that a recruiter for the lawn care company came to hire?

It’s not a business school. Why would college kids need to dress like they are in the business world? No jeans? Haha
