I've helped hire quite a few BYU-Idaho students.
I work in Idaho Falls. We hire a lot of BYU-Idaho interns. I've never hired them because of how they dress. I wear t-shirts to work essentially every day. I work in a professional job. No one gives one flying flip if these guys have beards, t-shirts, jeans, etc. I care if they can do the job.

It’s not a business school. Why would college kids need to dress like they are in the business world? No jeans? Haha
