But then I said, the dude is financially set if he’s wise (and he is wise), every BYU fan loves him and remembers him as one of our greats, and he got to play against the best on Earth for a time. I agree, that he may not have gotten the ideal situation for his shot, and we can wonder about what might have happened in another situation, but he’s a blessed dude. I’m super happy for him.
So much more for Taysom. Smart dude, will have an awesome life. Has already succeeded tremendously and has the potential to go even further. But if he doesn’t go further than his role right now in football, it’s not “a shame” or anything.
Still hope to see him show everyone that he can be the starter at QB. But he’s the man either way.
