Logistically it is absolutely a problem for coaches
I'm not arguing it isn't, but when you get 3-5 RM seniors on a basketball court against a typical team with two or 3 22/21 year old seniors, it's absolutely a competitive advantage on the court.
If having RMs on the team wasn't worth it, they wouldn't recruit RMs.
