physically fit on their missions. Most guys on my mission did that by playing basketball. Was it equal to BYU basketball practice? Of course not, but it was enough for me (who played HS basketball) to be every bit as good if not better by the time I got back from my mission. In no way am I claiming that players at that level would/could improve on their missions, but I may have (hard to say since I wasn't playing against the best competition)
