Why would it? Utah is having a population explosion. Much of which is natural
growth. LDS family's with six kids aren't going anywhere and their kids are going to still want to stay near mom and dad and grandma and grandpa. There is a land and housing shortage. Prices won't drop. The real change is that most new homeowners will own a condo or a townhouse as single family homes will continue to demand a premium.
