I need Real estate advice in Utah!!
I’mcurrebtly making $80k a year my wife makes $45k she plans on quoting next year to start our family. We live up in Weber County. I work out in Promotory working for Northrop Grumman. We’re having a hard time finding a live able home for under $400,000. What should we do? We’re currently in a apartment paying $1400 in West Haven. We have amazing credit and haven’t purchased a home before. We have enough for a 20k down payment. Do we wait and hope the market drops? I can’t talk my wife into buying a fixer upper. We’re sick of the apartment life but it’s so crazy expensive to buy anything. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.
