It's not just Delta, it's cruise lines, other airlines, hotels, etc
If you've had to change or if things are canceled, most likely it has ramifications beyond just the airlines.
My wife has been canceling cruises, flights, hotels and rebooking for a year - plus dealing with insurance, air & cruise credit/vouchers.
Again, if you like dealing with all of that, great. If you value your time and if it costs you nothing to use - I would think a lot wouldn't mind outsourcing that.
