Allow for greater density.
I mean yes, eventually you'll have to ask if it's possible to grow exponentially forever, but in the short term, all you have to do is not allow housing to be a speculative play by limiting new construction.

No. We just need to build more houses
YIsForBrigham

Pretty sure a lot of areas are running out of space to do that.
RockyTopCougar
7/18/21 1:23pm
Great. Let’s build more houses in the other areas that can support them and move jobs there

That's the only feasible fix.

Why?
Backcountry
7/18/21 3:15pm
Because they borrow from the FED at lower interest rates, then...
Shore10
7/18/21 3:19pm
They arent scumbags. They are trying to earn a living like you and I.
Backcountry
7/18/21 4:39pm
Don't hate them. Hate the Fed and the Government for bailing them out.

You are happy to hate single income mom and pop investors? Very weird

Oh man yeah. That's who I'm hating. Great assessment.

Or let the market work. More government is not the answer here.
Backcountry

The markets cant work because its rigged/weighted unevenly already
