Backcountry Intervention Needed

Nobody is overpaying. They are capitalizing on artificially low interest

Rates. They know housing is a great inflation hedge and that every other asset category is ridiculously overvalued. They gotta put their money sonewhere and because of artificially low interest rates, money printing, inflation expectations etc, real estate is the place to do it.
