There was another time the intramural ref wouldn't let me play because my hair
was growing (barely) over my ears. I went to the locker room, asked for scissors, and cut the hair above my ears. When I came back to the court everyone on my team was laughing because my hair looked so dumb. But they let me play. Gotta love the BYU intramural refs.
