BYU intramural refs were the worst
I received phantom calls in both basketball and flag football games. On a couple of occasions, when I calmly inquired about my supposed foul (with multiple people backing me up), I was then slapped with a technical in basketball and an unsportsmanlike in football. Apparently, they don't have to own their refereeing decisions.

Our ward was throttling another ward in the tourney. A scrappy defender on our team kept getting steals.
