frustrating that Utahn's aren't going to be able to enjoy the wonder of their state's natural beauty without winning a lottery where they will be competing against people from all over the world. Take the Grand Canyon for example, some people wait their whole lives to win the lottery and get a private permit that allows them to raft it, it would be terrible if we ended up having more and more lotteries for the National Parks in Utah and it gets to a point where it's like the Grand Canyon and getting a permit is considered a miracle. In my opinion, I shouldn't have to worry about my kids never experiencing Bryce, or Zions, etc... because a bunch of people from Japan or Germany won the permit lottery and we native Utahn's didn't.
