Definitely what I’ve seen with local Utah tech companies. They’re awful to

Their employees. There is 0 room for error or under performance especially in sales. They take no time to invest in their employees and train them better. It’s a total churn and burn. Get young kids out of college that are desperate and get as much out of them as possible before they burn out.
