My BIL is like this. Is on his 4th job in less than 4 years.
I have no idea what his end game is. They keep claiming that they will settle down and stick in a job, but...we'll see. They are already looking at their fifth home in the last four years since now the wife (my wife's sister) is looking to change jobs....Their kids need stability. They are house poor and really cannot afford to move in my opinion.

But I'll admit that I do hope that they move. They are huge dairy yewts who hate BYU, the Church, and my MIL (who lives 15 minutes from them).

This post is when he took the job before the one he currently has. We're 13 months later and he's already left that job last November.

I will admit that I want to see stability when I hire someone. I get that companies usually demand way more loyalty than they give, but I just think it looks bad to have seven jobs in eight years or whatever.
