my graduate school loans. Sold my home in Farmington that I was renting out just to get out from under the interest rate + premium monthly payment that was making the stupid loan bigger. I only had about $50k in loans and I had to use them to finish the degree. It was either loans, or not continue going to school.
The thought of canceling student debt makes me go numb with anger. What are we teaching this generation? I get loan forgiveness after employment in schools or other federal underserved employment areas. But just blanket loan cancellation is so dumb, so reckless!
That house in Farmington I sold for $270,000 six years ago. It just sold for $525,000 a few months ago. Isn't even 2,000 sq ft.
