Depends on my kid and if they have an idea of what they want to study
If my child wants to become a nurse I would tell them to look for the cheapest and fastest option.
If my child wants engineering then there is a better state school.
If my kid wants to get a degree in counseling or psychology then I’d tell him to pick the cheapest and quickest because he is going to grad school.
Lots of options.
