worthlessness of most state schools. Not all. But in general. I'd have far more confidence in BYU System and UVU professors.

A year if you're applying for residency. If you're from the western US you can do WUE.

Most aren’t charged out if state. In state tuition ‘scholarship’ is pretty easy
