The Fieldhouse is longer then some indoor tracks so probably closer to 1-2% slower I would guess perhaps?

The elevation conversion I use has a Provo mile at 5.7s slower than sea level.

Looks like for two miles a 9:07 outdoor converts to a 9:13.7 indoor.
