With the exception of a few of the wooden tracks like Boston or bigger tracks like the Olympic Oval in Kearns, I believe indoor tracks are generally acknowledged to yield slower times.

Any of the track guys here know how much slower a 1600 or 3200 at the Smith Fieldhouse would be than running at the BYU outdoor track, assuming the weather outside is perfect for racing?
