Yeah thats what the numbers say - I would suggest reality is less than that
1) The World Athletics tables were made based on data that people have argued is bias due to bigger meets and better fitness typically coming during outdoor season. Looking at the world rankings it does suggest the gap between indoor and outdoor should be smaller as way to many runners have there highest points score from tiny indoor meets.

2) The NCAA altitude conversion of 5.79 for women at 4:55.09 for one mile is almost certainly too generous for somebody born and living at altitude, the conversion really is only accurate for somebody coming from sea level. That said its still going to be a significant downward adjustment probably more like 3 or 4 seconds than 5.8.

That said, Jane did run a 4:50.9 last year at elevation and Arcadia sets up for fast times so if her training sets up properly she could easily break 4:48, maybe significanlty so like 4:43

But she is also very young and therefor with girls things can change on a dime unexpectedly.

Its too bad she isnt at USATF XC this weekend, making a US team for a World champs should be every U20 High schoolers top priorty, she just missed footlockers by one spot so I think she would have had an outside chance to make the team though it is a loaded field with Irene Riggs and Karrie Baloga, though 6 make the team so who knows. Also the experience would set up for the next team trials.
