That means Jane Hedengren’s meet record 4:57.6 1600 today at a sea level outside track might compare to a 4:48 at a race like Arcadia?

Not bad. It seems aggressive to say a kid running the 1600 today could take 9.7s off their time, but maybe.

Yeah thats what the numbers say - I would suggest reality is less than that
