Kinda crazy the power Deion has in that building considering it seems extremely unlikely he will be their coach in 4+ years. Either he is great, turns the program around, and he takes a much bigger job, or he gets fired. I guess if he gets 6-7 wins every single year he could be there awhile, maybe? Seems unlikely.
