What numbers, specifically? TV deal has more to do with available inventory than
value.
Big 12 has come together and decided to go all-in on football right now. Some Pac teams have given up on sports. But Washington and Oregon are by far the two biggest brands west of the Mississippi. Middle to bottom, Big 12 is better but, in the aggregate, I don't know that there is much difference. UW/UO really can carry the conference with viewership and high profile games/wins. Add them to the Big 12 and it becomes a very good league.
Yormark was wise to strike first on TV negotiations b/c otherwise we'd be the ones in this situation...

Specifically on the field performance. And USC is the biggest brand West of the Mississippi, followed BY UCLA
