Thousands of employees and hundreds of millions of dollars of revenues and rules. Specific criteria to get paid at each level and then years of service to get to the top
The thought that they would rewrite all the comp plans for just 250kids is a joke. Fine pay the kids as entry level employees but that is all. It will be minor league baseball all over again
If you want to revenue share, great but not on the gross. Athletics at most schools is not a profit center
