He shows up after one of those instances where he feels like he's being attacked or treated unfairly. Complains about it. Is trying to blow off steam and has to a certain degree and expectation that El Jefe won't see it because he posts it in fo. And then El Jefe shows up and delete the post making it seemed like BYUmizzou's complaint has some sort of justification behind it.

I think the threat of the lawsuit was ridiculous. It was a clear over-reaction but that the way it was handled was just as big of an overreaction.

I have very few friends on my friends only list but two of my favorite posters have left the board over fights with El Jefe and they have posted about it on their friends only. I think most of this has to do with politics and that's why I try and ignore that category. But I think you are right that none of this looks very good for El Jefe and longtime posters leaving the board hurts the overall quality of the product.
