In most cases I think it's awesome he does it and support it.
My reasoning in this case would be because he made a threat on El Jefe's IRL livelihood. You may disagree, and that's fine, but I think that's serious enough to be an actual permanent ban. Not sure why he'd bring somebody like that back into his place of business.
