How about post that *anywhere* other than FO. Seriously, this sounds like someone just blowing off steam in FO with no intention of actually following through with it.
Haven't you ever written an angry email and then deleted, only to follow-up with the real email once you'd worked through your frustration? I've had some that have required upwards of 5 drafts before I had something I could actually send.
