If you are physically feeling better, then it sounds like it is working for you.
Based on what you said (without additional detail) you are probably not eating enough, but I can understand that given the limitations of the nutrition plan. Fats and proteins tend to help you feel satiated longer as they increase the hormone leptin which is termed the "hunger hormone".
I could recommend nuts and avocados to help with hunger, or just eat a bit more of what you can. Either way, congrats on the progress and keep us posted! Your body is heavily influenced by what we put into our guy and microbiome. You're taking it head on!
