Eating whole foods (nothing out of a box essentially) makese sense to me.
It's really the only "healthy" eating that makes sense to me.

your description of your breakfast and lunch seem like not enough calories though. That's a lot of weight loss for 10 days and it's probably that you are not eating enough.
