Oooh, boy! You really got 'em there! Except...
- The data in this report is from 2015
- The telecom industry in the US spends about $10B per year in R&D (mostly on 5G now), or a little less than 2% of the R&D total R&D spending, so changes wouldn't move the needle much in studies like this
- This study said that R&D spending increased in all regions of the world including the US
So what was your point again?

But the repeal of net neutrality was supposed to increased R&D and CapEx from all the major telecoms!!! Did they lie!?!?

Except, R&D and CapEx was never hampered in the slightest. It was all PR spin from the beginning. There was no drop off
