I'm saying that:
(1) the WCC obviously needs a larger tournament venue for the WCC basketball tourney. We have fans that have to resport to buying up other schools' season tickets (which they don't attend) just to get tourney tickets. Gonzaga fans have figured out the ruse, and now BYU fans are starting to finally figure it out too.
(2) it is bad for the WCC to do this. Makes for more empty seats at WCC venues during the regular season, and is a big complaint (techincally sold seats, but with no butts in the seat). BYU is not alone in complaining about poor fan support in the conference. Mark Few has complained about poor attendance at WCC venues (which is caused in part by Gonzaga fans, ironically).
We have 10 schools in the WCC. There are other venues in Las Vegas that are larger, and would be preferrable to the Orleans.
