Yes. But, look at it like this:
The guy I know has 8 people that want WCC tournament tickets....
So they buy 1 USD (or whatever season ticket).
Here are USD's season ticket prices:
Season Tickets
Season Ticket price per seat:
Royal Blue: $250 ($175 $75 contribution)
Torero Blue: $225 ($175 $50 contribution)
Grey: $175
Navy: $99
They simply split the cost 8 ways (250 / 8 = $31.25. Then, they use the 1 "USD Season Ticket" status to buy 8 WCC tourney tickets. So, they spent $31.25 each in order to get guaranteed, great seats at the WCC tourney.

So you need to spend several hundred dollars for seats you'll never use in order to get WCC tourney seats?
