Because they know they are going to the championship game. So it’s worth it for them. And they deserve it, because they’ve kicked the rest of the conference’s butts, but it’s not something any other fan base can count on.


Like I’m going to the tournament this year, like I do every year. And I looked into BYU tickets, but I’ve not buying all-session tickets. Absolutely no way. If we don’t get the two seed, there is a decent chance we are bounced Saturday. If we win Saturday, or if we get the 2 seed, there’s a good chance we are bounced Monday. So I’m not buying an all-session ticket. No way.

And we are the 2nd or 3rd most reliable team in the conference. St. Mary’s fans are in about the same boat as us. Why would any of the other 7 teams’ fans buy an all-session ticket? It makes no sense.
