My HCBW did the suppositories. Either way I’d get in and talk with her OB
I am by no means a doctor but there are quite a few anti-nausea medicines out there that work miracles.

Have her take it at night about 2 hours before bed. This helped my wife. Then

We took progesterone. Didn’t have those side effects.
