Have her take it at night about 2 hours before bed. This helped my wife. Then

Yeah she’s been taking it right before bed. Helps a little.

We took progesterone. Didn’t have those side effects.

My bad, apparently Diclegis is the one my wife took. But she did the DIY version with Unisom and B6

Unisom/B6 helped my wife a lot when she had to take progesterone!

Has she tried switching to the Progesterone suppositories? I don’t think nausea is a side effect for those
