Been through some similar.
I don’t know that I have any advice. Hang in there. The sacrifice of a mother is pretty incredible.

Have her take it at night about 2 hours before bed. This helped my wife. Then

We took progesterone. Didn’t have those side effects.

Has she tried switching to the Progesterone suppositories? I don’t think nausea is a side effect for those
