How many of those who didn’t get another scholarship weren’t going
to keep their scholarship at their former school? That’s a missing piece of data that would show how risky it is to enter the portal.
I assume at least some were going to lose their scholarship anyway.

That is a good point. The P5 scholarship guarantee is for all sports.

A big factor here is lots of these kids enter the portal academically ineligible
