Who knows? Our wings have definitely been in a funk for a few games, though.
And Johnson's offense is the biggest mystery over the last month. And yet he continued to log the most minutes of all the wings — till tonigh — in which he plays very little. Same w our usual starter, Connor. It's those two guys who normally get the bulk of the minutes at the wing — largely because they defend better than Knell by quite a bit. So why in a game where that we struggle to get defensive stops --do we stick with Knell right up to the point that we're close to getting buried with 7 minutes remaining — & then --behold-- who do we get to save the day?
Not the two usual wings — but Gideon. Who saves the day in a way probably no one else on the team could've.
